Plant III of the TUNAP GROUP is located in Märstetten, in the canton of Thurgau in eastern Switzerland. The location is close to the border and centrally located in the direction of Milan, Stuttgart and Munich.
The approximately 30 employees primarily produce aerosols and liquids for the international market, in particular brake cleaners, rust removers and lubricants.
The company has modern filling systems that produce up to 30 million cans a year.
These plants meet the highest standards in terms of performance and safety.
They work in shifts and produce 50 to 60 aerosol cans per minute.
They use propellant gases such as propane, butane and CO₂, which are supplied by a well-planned tank system.
In 2000, TUNAP AG expanded its aerosol production in Märstetten, followed by the commissioning of a canister filling plant in 2003

The plant has been continually upgraded in recent years, be it with a new loading hall or the commissioning of additional raw material tanks. Safety precautions are constantly being further developed.
